On the 3rd of February a National Instructors Seminar was held at Vital Health Foods Head Office, Brackenfell, Cape Town from 09h00 to 18h00. Only Black Belts could attend the seminar and Senior 1st Kyu Brown Belts, who are grading for 1st Dan during 2007. Amongst some of the topics discussed were the new syllabus.

Champ Camp 2006 Champ Camp was held last year at the Le Franchoek Hotel and has become a highlight for the black belts. Champ Camp is held every two years and only black belts can attend.
